“Sure, we can go— but do we have your dad’s permission?”

Oh.. I need daddy’s permission? Hmm… Um, well. He’s very busy right now so I can’t ask him. He lets me go outside and play all by myself, so I think it is okay if you take me to Junes. Let’s go!

Digging out her phone, Rise scrolls through the contacts list to Dojima’s number— from when she first moved to Inaba, and was being hounded by the press and fans both. One quick text exchange later and she smiles down at Nanako.
“There, now we’ve got his permission. Let’s go!”

“I’m good, want me to walk you home?” Chie offered kindly. She had nothing to do for the rest of the day, and what best time to hang out with Nanako.
Ooh! Sure! We can also go home and I can make shaved ice too!

“Yeah!” Chie agreed, as she started walking with Nanako to her house. “How’s it been around the house?” Chie asked Nanako starting a conversation for the way home.
Hmm… It has been really boring… Daddy comes home late as always and I am usually alone in the house doing chores.
And… onii-chan is beginning to go home late too. Last time I saw him was when he was going outside with a weird vest, something about explosions and fishing. So I just sit in the living room and watch quiz shows
